Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and zus888 ("Platform", "we", "company"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the zus888 platform, including but not limited to account registration, access to games, financial transactions, and communications with our team.

By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have fully accepted and agreed to these Terms and Conditions:

• Log in to your existing account

• Downloading and using the zus888 mobile app

Member Eligibility

ZUS888 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. If you are unable to prove that you meet the eligibility requirements, ZUS888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and withhold any balance held within it.

Zus888 services are not available to individuals residing in regions or countries where online gaming is prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the zus888 platform is legal in your location.

Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to register and hold one (1) account at ZUS888. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances and wins forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your official identification document
• A valid date of birth for age verification
• An active email address that belongs to you
• A mobile phone number registered in your name
• Valid bank account details for deposit and withdrawal purposes

ZUS888 will carry out the process Know Your Customer (KYC) as part of our identity verification procedure. You may be required to submit a copy of your identification document, proof of address, or other supporting documents at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

Deposits and Payments

Fund Withdrawal

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name

Account Security

Account Closure

You have the right to close your ZUS888 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within 3 business days, subject to the settlement of all pending transactions.

ZUS888 also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified period
• Use of multiple accounts by the same individual
• Requests from relevant legal authorities

If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, zus888 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance or winnings in that account, subject to the outcome of our internal investigation.

Limitation of Liability

Terms Amendment
